From customer service that you provided for me when I call in and help me with my order. Helping me pick the materials, colors, and sending me diy videos and processing the order. And also to the fellas that made the videos. The narrator was straight forward and well executed. The fellow that was doing the cover replacement was a true craftsman and showed not only the easy part of the job but good details on the tougher parts of the job. And when we received our new covers well just one word “WOW”. Very nice and you could tell this was the real deal. Heavy materials, great stitching, and truly a finished product. The installation when fantastic, the wife and I had a wonderful Saturday replacing the old worn and smelly covers. It completely transformed the truck back into NEW condition.
